1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading and using Feelino ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. About Feelino

Feelino is a minimalist, cat-themed mood tracking application developed by Maxi Ruti. The App allows you to select a daily cat archetype representing your emotional vibe, building a visual "Portrait Quilt" of your emotional life over time. All data is stored locally on your device no accounts, no servers.

3. Purchases & Premium Features

Feelino offers a one-time purchase to unlock premium content. There is no subscription.

• The free tier includes the Classic cat pack and all core features.
• The one-time premium purchase unlocks all seasonal cat packs (Summer, Cozy Winter, Autumn, Midnight), all future packs, and the Custom Pack feature.
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale.
• You can restore your purchase at any time from within the App.
• We reserve the right to add, modify, or reorganize features between free and premium tiers at any time.

4. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. User Content & Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your mood entries, custom pack names, custom cat descriptions, and any photos you upload through the Custom Pack feature. All of this data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not collect, access, or have any visibility into your personal entries or uploaded photos.

6. Custom Cat Packs & Uploaded Photos

The App allows premium users to create custom cat packs and upload photos from their device's photo library. By using this feature, you confirm that you have the right to use any photos you upload. Uploaded photos are stored on-device only and are never transmitted to any server. Custom packs can be deleted individually from within the App at any time. Deleting the App permanently removes all uploaded photos and custom packs.

7. No Cloud Sync

Unlike some apps, Feelino does not use iCloud or any cloud synchronization service. Your mood data exists only on the device where it was entered. If you switch devices or uninstall the App, your data cannot be recovered. We recommend this simplicity as a feature your diary stays yours.

8. Mental Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Feelino is a lightweight mood logging tool. It is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The App is not intended for use in crisis situations
• If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a mental health professional immediately
• You assume all responsibility associated with your use of the App for emotional self-tracking

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAXI RUTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF MOOD DATA DUE TO DEVICE FAILURE, APP DELETION, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.

10. No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF BUGS.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
